Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney Fees

Professional Will Writing and Lasting Powers of Attorney Solicitors in London

Making a Will and putting Lasting Powers of Attorney in place are two of the most important steps you can take to help protect yourself and your loved ones.

A professionally prepared Will can help ensure that your estate passes to the people you choose, enable you to appoint executors to administer your estate and, where appropriate, appoint guardians for minor children. Lasting Powers of Attorney allow trusted individuals to make decisions on your behalf should you become unable to make those decisions yourself in the future.

If you die without a valid Will, your estate will generally be distributed in accordance with the intestacy rules, which may not reflect your wishes.

At The Legal Practice Solicitors, we provide practical and straightforward advice on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate planning. Whether you are making your first Will, updating an existing Will or seeking advice regarding LPAs, we will explain your options clearly and provide a transparent estimate of costs before any work is undertaken.

We offer appointments at our Wembley Park office, by telephone and by video conference.

Serving Clients Throughout London and England & Wales

We advise clients throughout London, Hertfordshire and across England and Wales on Will writing, estate planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Many clients preparing a Will also choose to put Lasting Powers of Attorney in place at the same time. We can advise on both matters during your appointment.
