Our immigration fees are set out below. All fees are exclusive of VAT at 20% unless otherwise stated. VAT-inclusive totals are shown alongside. Home Office application fees and immigration health surcharge (IHS) are disbursements payable directly to the Home Office and are not included in our professional fees.

Asylum applications are excluded from this fee schedule. Please contact us directly to discuss asylum matters.

The following are indicative Home Office fees. These change regularly and are set by the government. We will confirm the current fees applicable to your matter before your application is submitted.

Timescales — Immigration

Standard visa application processing times vary considerably by visa type. Current UKVI processing times are typically 3–8 weeks for standard applications. Priority and super priority services are available for certain visa types at an additional fee set by the Home Office. We will advise on the expected timescale specific to your application at the outset.
